Omega Auto Glass warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water leaks, loose mouldings and some types of stress cracks, will at the option of Omega Auto Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must present this invoice as proof of repair or replacement by Omega Auto Glass. This Limited Warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by preexisting rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism of impact with foreign objects. In the event that you request repair of a rock chip, you agree that the glass is already damaged therefore Omega Auto Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs.
Repair or Replacement of your windshield as provided under this Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Omega Auto Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. This Limited Warranty is in Lieu of all other warranties express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties or merchantability and fitness for particular use. Omega Auto Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and Any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than Omega Auto Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or effect.
For your convenience, if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, this merchant will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax.
